Dear Dr. Frith,

I want to send you and everyone there this thank-you note. I cannot think of words to express what wonderful loving people you all are. I went over 75 years not able to smile or talk to people the way I wanted. I have always been so ashamed of my teeth. I had no idea how beautiful a job you would do for me. Now I can smile, laugh or talk and be proud of all the work you did on my teeth.

It is so wonderful to go a place where people still care. If anyone talks to me about their teeth, I know the only place to send them. You will surely be blessed for what you have done for me. I cannot thank you enough for the way you changed my life.
